At GLOW AGELESS, we want you to love your products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Skincare products sales are final
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital products (such as our Gratitude & Glow Journal PDF)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@glowageless.com within 30 business days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

All Skincare sales are final no refunds:

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item:

At GLOW AGELESS, your safety is our priority. To maintain the higest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or un-opned skincare product. Once the product has shipped we have no way of detecting if something harmful has been added to the product, we cannot guarantee its safety for our customer or team members. Thanks in advance for your understanding ❤️

We recommend placing your new order right away to ensure product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@glowageless.com with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We'll cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items

Lost or Stolen Packages

GLOW AGELESS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package using the tracking number provided
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at info@glowageless.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
